If it is not right, we make it right.

• Nothing is charged until you choose a package. Starting, inviting and collecting are free. If you never choose a package, you never pay.
• Did not like the trailer or the film? Ask for changes on your gift page and we re-cut it: two rounds are free, up to 30 days after delivery. Still not happy? Full refund of the film.
• The book is printed to order. Once it has gone to print it cannot be refunded, but a damaged or misprinted book is replaced free.
• Concierge is refunded if we did not do what it promises.
• We could not deliver? Everything you paid comes back, no questions.

Write to hello@remembermygift.com with your project link. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
